WALTHAM, MA: MyMediaInfo launched two new tools as part of its New Year release: a campaign management tool and a social media database. The campaign management module tracks campaign activities, schedules future tasks and reports on the effectiveness of a given initiative. The social media database tracks blogs, online forums, and Twitter.
